Experimental guitarist Tara Cunningham has been developing a highly distinctive style in recent years, both on her own and as part of The Sleeves alongside Jack Cooper. She's now set to release a new mini-album Warm Ground, and has shared the enchanting 'Following A Thought' as its first single.

Against spacious field recordings, Cunningham's guitar meanders through a sequence of delicate arpeggios and suspensions almost absent-mindedly, her knack for improvisation lending the track a satisfying openness and indeterminacy. it's a small, simple piece, but more affecting on each listen.
