‘Sand’ is the new song from rising Adelaide band Swapmeet. It’s a hazy track with dual lead vocals that sing of “wasting your own time, then being so, so mad at yourself. And a little bit mad at the people who make apps and phones so addictive.” Musically, it’s the perfect sonic encapsulation of road trip, with that nostalgic, airy sweetness coming through in the gentle, simple strum of guitar chords.
