Ahead of a newly announced world tour, Swapmeet have dropped the new single ‘Halfway’. It’s a restrained cut that feels fluid in its tender, barely-there arrangement: the guitar is strummed hesitantly, the piano fades into the distance, and the vocal is timid and half-whispered. It creates a perfectly nuanced, detailed texture that is particularly effective as a contrast to the track’s explosive final moments. Alongside their world tour announcement, Swapmeet’s new album, Mount Zero, will be released on July 17th, 2026, via Winspear. They describe the title of the album as “a place you pass but never go. It became a symbol for people we'd see but never meet. When you're always in a different city and trying new things, there are a lot of experiences you observe but never get to fully explore.”
