‘What if I Tried?’ is the first taste of the new album from Swiss/Spanish five-piece band Sunday,June. This cut leans into the band’s own "solar psych" sound, drifting into shogaze, indie, dream-pop and psychedelic landscapes through reverb-soaked vocals, glittery guitar chords and distant, hazy textures. They describe the track as “an ode to failed dreams and perseverance. Its lyrics reflect the pressures of life and how they suffocate dreams and hold back our wildest ideas, while ultimately celebrating the perseverance and courage to ‘just try’.” The band’s new album, Cinema, drops on November 6th, 2026.
