East London shoegaze/post-rock quintet Roscoe Roscoe have revealed their latest cut, ‘Bossa 916’. It’s the band’s first fully instrumental release, yet it’s carried by immersive, narrative detail. Its textures spiral and develop throughout the track, moving from the gentle groove of its opening, through a building, synth-laden midpoint and into a serene, thoughtful conclusion. Vocalist/guitarist Charlie Read Clarke says the band “have been writing instrumental music for a long time before this and it feels great to show the world what feels like a big part of what the band is truly about and capable of. Our approach to writing has always been about arrangement, feeling and atmosphere. I’ve never been a wordsmith and don’t pretend to be.” Catch the band live at London’s St. Pancras Old Church on January 27th, 2027 and be ready to hear their debut album, One Day I’ll Return To You With Loving Arms on January 18th, 2026.
