Antwerp-born, LA-raised artist, producer and songwriter Oliver Symons has revealed his latest track, ‘Wake Up’. It’s a delicate, heartfelt track that feels close and real. Over a simple guitar-led accompaniment, Symons finds a sense of euphoria and building hope in the melancholy that has come to define him. He describes the track as being about “youth and freedom. Inspired by films like ‘The Dreamers’ and ‘One Battle After Another’, the song represents a period of a free-spirited and almost revolutionary way of living while being young adults. Driven by naive but very heartfelt ideals and deep love during a summer that probably will never come back.” His debut EP landed in 2025, but keep an eye out for the next one.
