Bristol-based indie/folk artist Myer U Clark has unveiled his new release, ‘Healers’. As with all of his work, this track favours a loose performance style that captures the unpredictable jank of his songwriting. Subtle chromaticisms and rhythmic shifts aren’t the focal point of his music, but the way they integrate into his seemingly innocent style is what sets Myer U Clark apart from his modern folk contemporaries. He says of the track: “‘Healers’ is a love song describing a back and forth that isn’t going anywhere but both people suspect they could be right on the edge of something special. There’s a thread throughout that the two act as a kind of medicine for one another.” His new album, Tinderbox, is out on June 26th, 2026, via Broadside Hacks Recordings.
