Meg Lui has shared her fantastic new single, ‘Miss Queen Know It All’. It’s a delicate waltz that allows Lui’s voice to take centre stage above the tender twinkle of piano. As the track moves forward, luscious strings and ever-so-slightly warped keyboard countermelodies add something otherworldly and dreamy to the track’s texture. “It's basically about being a shithead to my parents and battling that little kid voice inside me that rears her fussy head every once in a while,” she says. “It's realizing that no matter how much time passes and the flaws that are discovered within one's parents that they did their best with what they had at the time.” The debut album from Meg Lui is called Instant Validation and it drops on September 25th, 2026, via Asthmatic Kitty Records.
