‘eleanor’ is the brooding new track from Dublin-born songwriter and producer, Kynsy. It’s a jagged indie rock cut that places twisted guitar lines up against bold production and poppy hooks. Its blend of ringing, dissonant guitars and an explosion into a huge chorus give the track a nostalgic, mid-naughties feel. “I’ve always wanted to push further into glitchy, left-field production, while the juxtaposition of electronic and rock elements has always been central to the Kynsy sound,” she says. “This song came out of the frustration of trying to find and fund an external producer for this next batch of songs, which ultimately led to the obvious decision to produce it with my band.” Catch Kynsy live around the UK in November and December 2026.
