Residing in Catford, Ewan Moore's approach to writing music and live performance is a highly experimental one. Primarily a drummer, the multi-instrumentalist shows compositional prowess on his immersive new work 'Guitara'. With the clue being in the title, 'Guitara' is lead by tumbling guitar parts., which move through a series of unexpected key changes. Defying a categorisation by genre, what we can say is that 'Guitara'will take you on a journey. Feeling more like an explosion of ideas than a traditional stand-alone single, the real skill comes from balancing them all perfectly. This is something Moore appears to do with ease, reeling listeners in and keeping them guessing. Brand new on our radar, we'll be keeping a close eye (and ear) on this exciting South London-based talent.
