London post-rock group Dog Unit just announced their new album Runners, out 30th October via Brace Yourself Records, marking the news with the release of three (!) new tracks. 'Tiny Diversions' is the one they're leading with, accompanying it with a video you can see below.

Like much of their last record At Home, 'Tiny Diversions' is exactingly crafted, its combination of kosmiche curiosity, fluent guitar-and-synth dialogue and compulsive rhythm amounting to an entire sonic world unto itself. Though understated and thoughtful in tone, there's a real sense of confidence to this music: the sound of a band in full control.
