Alt-rock newcomer Cordelia Gartside has shared her new track, ‘good’. The track, recorded in a single take with her band, is visceral and energetic. It builds gradually through restrained-yet-tense verses and into dark, grungy choruses as her airy voice finds space between the low grumble of bass and the distant drone of strings. “I used to have performance anxiety so bad that I'd be depressed for weeks after shows,” she explains. “I got therapy, and I love playing live now, but this song speaks to the voice that told me I really sucked at it and all the voices that tell me I’m not good enough in other ways.” Catch Cordelia Gartside live at Bad Vibrations All-Dayer at the Shacklewell Arms in London on September 26th, 2026.
