For American singer-songwriter Allegra Krieger, 2024 marked the release of her second full-length EP with record label Double Double Whammy and arguably her most robust work to date, Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine. Krieger’s 2023 record I Keep My Feet on the Fragile Plane served as an important precursor to navigating the complexities of the songwriter. Art of the Unseen Infinity Machine showcases extensive, intelligent commentary on life and death through thirteen tracks. This includes the light, sun-swirling ‘Roosevelt Ave’, cathartically explosive ‘Came’ and electric writhe of ‘Never Arriving’, allowing Krieger to intricately craft her own philosophy of existentialism in a way that pushes her own boundaries as an artist while bringing to light a special vulnerability.
