Following a series of stripped-back sessions and nostalgic experimentation with long lost instruments comes Tonight Will Be Fine, a project formed by German musicians Julius Steinhoff and Abdeslam Hammouda. Following on from the Tonight Will Be Fine EP of 2008, this most recent offering 'Elephant Island' feels miles away from the earlier material; the track is sonically rich, with a profound vocal musing over time and space. The hushed layers form a natural, nourished varnish that locks in the sentiment of the words, and we predict that the entirety of the record will hold the same organic and creative space. This rarified tune (as premiered by Inverted Audio) is the lead single from the band's 13-track LP set for release via Mule Musiq on February 19th. -LB
