‘Untitled Dirge’ is the latest track from Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist, composer and artist, Tomin. The track is taken from his debut album as the leader of a large ensemble, titled A Willed and Conscious Balance. The track is a slow, meaningful opener, that marches us towards something mysterious. Horns and drums loop their way through the track in the background, allowing the cellos to act as the melodic driving force to a piece that gets more and more interesting as it unravels. A Willed and Conscious Balance is out now via International Anthem. Tomin and the entire ensemble will be playing a release show at  The Brooklyn Music School on NYC on November 11th, 2024. -Dan Peeke
