The Orchestra (For Now) release visceral new single ‘Skins’ alongside a long-awaited announcement. Since the release of their first single 'Wake Robin', we’ve waited in earnest to find out what might be next for the ensemble. ‘Skins’ is accompanied by the news of the band’s much anticipated debut EP Plan 75, and it is yet another truly gripping offering. The track is formed of nervous melodies from piano, strings and guitar, weaving through one another and growing incessantly. Paired with racing percussion, 'Skins' becomes an obstinate performance of furious, macabre angst led by Joseph Scarisbrick’s surreal, paranoid incantations. At half the length of ‘Wake Robin’, ‘Skins’ is a resounding follow-up which courses through several moments of climax and catharsis, pointing to the compelling strength of the forthcoming collection.
