Irish producer/singer/songwriter Talos has been making all the right waves the past year or so. Dropping his thoroughly well-received debut EP Tethered Bones towards the end of 2014, he’s now slowly revealing the intricate layers of his next body of work - the O Sanctum EP, which is set for release 19th August via Feel Good Lost. Latest track ‘Reborn’ is a striking, atmospheric slow-burner - incorporating huge electronically-enhanced vocals with elegantly paced percussion - set to a backdrop of dark, expansive synths and samples. The cut opens with Eoin French (aka Talos) crying out “O Sanctum swallow me / no sound / the river frozen / our bed is in that ocean” - and whether or not Eoin’s found his sanctum yet - he’s certainly managed to pique our interest, just in time for the EP’s release tomorrow.
