Initially conceived alongside deathcrash bassist Patrick Fitzgerald prior to Nukuluk's full realisation, it's a blissed out track that runs deep as vocalist Monika explains: “Faith can be forced on the faithless through love!" True to form, his flow is distinctive and effortless as ethereal samples, icy synths and glitchy electronics fill the heady atmosphere. Held down by half-time beats that quietly go hard, the band explain: "‘Faith’ is a song about motherhood, about receiving gifts and curses. It’s about discovering the gift of faith within a complicated legacy. I spent a lot of energy foiling destructive plans my mother had for me, but the unwavering, towering, divine love that motivated them lives inside me as faith.” Trailing off into one of their most interesting and melodic outros yet, 'Faith' is yet another step up for one of our most treasured tips.
