Canadian singer and songwriter Mustafa Ahmed shows us why he was given the opportunity to perform his debut single ‘Stay Alive’ on Colors. This rising artist uses his exquisite voice to sing over the simple yet highly effective guitar instrumental, to essentially plead with a loved one to stay alive, speaking on how he will be an ally to help them as they struggle. Due to the production choice, Mustafa is able to expose his voice, making it a lot easier for the listeners to take in the message he wants to send, whilst also creating a euphoric feeling that makes you want to listen.
