The new single from Mulay is taken from her upcoming Ivory EP. ‘TWTC’ is a stripped-back track that crafts ethereal textures using her own airy backing vocals, bright piano chords and subtle trap-inspired drum patterns. The track also comes with a beautifully crafted music video that complements the composition. “Music and visuals are two different parts of one whole,” she explains. “When I write a song, I usually already have the visual in my head. You can use visuals to add different layers of meaning to what you’re trying to express and communicate the multidimensionality of emotions on that level as well, by including more than one dimension.
