‘Rodeo’ is the new release from American quartet Momma. It’s an attention-grabbing rumination on frustration and longing, musically represented by ferocious guitar riffs and bouncy drums, with a juxtaposingly sweet vocal above. “This song is written from the perspective of two people we kind of left behind, romantically,” they explain. “It’s our attempt at honoring their stories by tapping into the feeling of being replaced by someone else.” Momma are releasing their new album, Welcome To My Blue Sky, on April 4th, 2025 and will be touring the UK, Europe and the USA throughout the year. -Dan Peeke
