Me Nd Adam are an interesting duo, formed out of hatred in New Orleans yet destined to pump out exiting alternative bangers at an alarming rate. ‘Heartbreak Kid’ is another huge tune from the pair. Speaking on writing it, they say “this song is about knowing that no matter what life throws you there's always a way to make a party out of it”. There are country influences in the main vocal melody, with hip-hop and pop making their way into the verses. There is a unique feeling in their music which combines despair and hope into bleak, yet uplifting, tracks like this one. - Dan Peeke
