Come on inside out of the rain and take shelter in Lando Manning’s latest release ‘Brighter Days’, a soft and warm moment of calm amidst the chaotic world outside. Reflecting and reverberating guitars chime while the sound of falling rain hisses like a dusty old record. Manning wistfully sings of “crimson tears through my golden years” his voice low, his tone hushed. Things aren’t letting up, yet at the eye of the storm it is hope that Manning holds onto, providing the listener with “a light at the end of the tunnel” Manning explains that ‘Brighter Days’ “was written during a really dark time in my life so it's holding onto hope that the bad experiences that I went through will eventually turn to better times." Better times are indeed on the horizon, the track is the final teaser of a forthcoming EP of the same name due on February 15th. -Adam Brown
