Blowing us away recently with their dynamic and intuitive track 'Something's Going On', Kokoroko have now announced their debut album Could We Be More. Built around infectious beats and percussion (including some unique drum sounds), addictive guitar riffs, laced with intricate hammer on/offs transport you to sunnier climes on the album's appreciative new preview 'We Give Thanks'. Deep bass leans into an offbeat reggae groove, whilst the distorted lead vocal and serene BVs add interesting and satisfying points of contrast. Crafted for an utterly joyful audience experience, the band explain: "We were imagining playing live with this one - it's definitely written with that energy we get towards the end of a set. Some shows, like La Cigalle in Paris or Paradiso in Dam have legit felt magical for us and you always want to give that energy back.
