Saul Adamczewski has become something of a legend since the success of Fat White Family, and deservedly so. His new side-project with Childhood front man Ben Romans-Hopcraft see's Adamczewski exploring his off-kilter pop side. Insecure Men's second outing 'Teenage Toy' is equal parts trippy and nostalgic. Described by Saul as,“pretty music with a dark underbelly to it”, 'Teenage Toy' addresses those awkward teenage sexual anxieties that we've probably all encountered at some point or another. He explains, “‘Teenage Toy’ is about adolescent sexuality and how frustrating that can be for most of us, especially people growing up in the suburbs or the suburbs of the suburbs. Like those towns that only have one garage. We wanted it to sound like a demented cartoon world. I think we achieved that. Well done us.” -HLMX
