TMR regulars FEET have returned with ‘Number One’ - a fan-favourite B-side from their most recent album, Make It Up. “Before the second step of any landing there is always the first,” says George Haverson on the new track. ‘We present this destination as the first of an expanding journey towards our prized third album. And we call this destination ‘Number One’.” It’s a razor-sharp cut, filled with the tongue-in-cheek, playful lyrics the band have become known for, performed above an accompaniment that juxtaposes rigid, 80s-esque interlocked bass and drums, with groovy, syncopated guitar chops.
