Kamran Khan aka Fake Laugh has been keeping himself busy as a touring member of indie poppers The Japanese House. Thankfully though, Khan hasn't been too busy to share his new single 'As I Get To Know You Better'. As the title suggests, 'As I Get To Know You Better' is an ode to relationships and how they develop. Khan's lyrics are both honest and endearing as he reveals the intricacies of getting to know someone in the opening lines, "As I get to know you better, My respect for you declines, But as I get to know you better, my love for you it climbs...". Jangling guitars and a groovy laid-back rhythm section prove to be the perfect accompaniment to Khan's affectionate story telling, making for a thoroughly enjoyable listening experience, which pumps out the good vibes.
