The track is a sample-based construction filled with the energy of hip-hop, punk, experimental improvisation and, of course, Locks’ incredible poetry and texts. This is a body of work that goes beyond music and into full-on art. Damon Locks’ new solo album, List Of Demands, drops on January 31st, 2025 via International Anthem. He describes the concept of the album as “not just my list.
