Tim Ross and Liz Lawrence stepped out of the shadows sometime in 2014, having previously kept their identities in electronic project Cash+David under wraps. It turns out, producer Ross (Cash) has worked as a composer, while Bombay Bicycle Club fans will no doubt recognise Lawrence (David) - she performed vocals with them throughout their recent global tour. The twosome have teamed up - somewhat unexpectedly - with Atlanta rapper (and iLoveMakonnen cohort) Rome Fortune on their new track, 'Pains 4 U' - a pulsating track wrought with potent drums, shimmering loops and the hypnotic three-way vocal contributions of Lawrence, Ross and Rome. A hugely promising return from one of the UK's most underrated indie-electronic acts. - DC
