Detroit-based duo Gosh Pith’s latest creation is an alluring addition to the multiple genre tips they've previously explored; their Windows EP released earlier in the year careened riotously between space-pop, hip-hop, trap meets Beach Boys and indie-surf, offering up 6 wildly diverse, singularly unique tracks. ‘Gold Chain’ slips into a more decidedly PR&B mood, with a lazy, Drake-inspired vocal that luxuriates in a silky, progressive groove. This “...ratchet love song about the constant conflict between the meaningful and the meaningless" is a mere two minutes long, and it’s definitely left us wanting more. -AO
